Trying new things

So today I’ve been trying out new recipes. Egg Free & Gluten Free. I’ve got a friend who has children that are egg intolerant & Coeliac. I hope they like Brownies as there’s lots to try! For the Gluten free I’ve got to make sure the chocolate I use is ok. I always use Callebaut as it very good quality ,so I’m hoping its Gluten Free! You’d never think about Gluten in chocolate but its how its made!
Tomorrow I’m going to the Allergy & Free from show in London so I’m hoping to get lots of ideas.
That’s the timer going off to say they’re ready! They smell good, lets hope they taste good!!!!
