Today the sun is shining & its a gorgeous Autumn day. The ovens are on & I’m baking some orders ready to be posted tomorrow. I’ve now realised the Rocky Road is becoming the favourite & overtaking the Salted Caramel! I’m also baking some samples to be posted tomorrow. This could be really exciting but cant say yet as I don’t want to tempt fate (not superstitious too much !!) I just hope the saying is right ,That the proof is in the pudding! I’m also trying to decide on a seasonal flavour. There’s been lots of suggestions on Facebook & Twitter so now for me to decide! Now the bakings finished maybe I should make the most of the weather & go for a walk. Maybe a cheeky glass of Shiraz whilst they are cooling!!!!
